Terms & Conditions

1. DLT Software Solutions are the exclusive owners of all the Software products including those under name "DLT" and are being marketed under the name DLT Online, DLT Full Text Edition and DLT Case Searcher. The above software solution presently are made available in CD/DVD ROMs. Thus the licensee is not permitted any kind of re-production, replication, retrieval/transmission of any of the information for use to a third person and shall remain strictly confine to its own/ personal use.

2. In case any of the above product is provided with the security system other than with the Dongal (Activation Key), the same would be operated upon a single user computer system only. It would not be available for the licensee to permit any kind of further transmission including by use of net working etc.

3. Licensee shall not be entitled to tamper, disintegrate, re-compile, modify, re-arrange/disturb the sequence of the parameters and search of extracts from data base by employment of any retrieval/transmission system in any manner. In case so found, the licensor at its discretion shall forfeit any of the above devices forthwith besides initiating such measures as available under the law.

4. The Licensor on payment of full non-refundable license fee shall grant non-transferable and non-exclusive license to the user to enjoy the above software and hardware items so supplied.

5. The licensee subject to such further non-refundable additional payment will be entitled for up-dates as released by the licensor from time to time as per the terms of entitlement.

6. The licensee to bear all additional taxes, dues, fee if levied after the date of grant of license.

7. In case of a default/failure to pay the license fee due or for the breach of any of the terms mentioned therein, the licensor shall have the sole discretion to take recourse to the following measures :
(a) to stop further use of software/ product by any means (internal or external procedures) or recover/ repossess software/ product; and

(b) to cease further updating through CD/DVD/internal till the default or dispute is resolved; and

(c) to invoke all legal remedies available under existing laws.

8. The licensee shall not claim as a right the replacement of hardware such as CD/DVD ROM or the Dongal (activation key), in case the same are damaged or tampered as it will be obligatory on the licensee to keep each of the above hardware items supplied under the present arrangement with due care on the lines mentioned/provided in this regard.

9. As provided the above hardware items shall remain the exclusive property of the licensor. In the event of termination of license or the failure of the licensee to get renewed shall return each of the above item in good condition unless permitted otherwise.

10. The Licensor has taken every minute care to ensure accuracy, correctness and authenticity in Database, instead, any mistake by omission/error crept in inadvertently, the Licensor or its Agents will not be liable in any manner for the inconvenience caused thereby or for resultant loss if any.

11. The Licensor or its Agents will not be liable for any failure caused for reasons beyond control such as power or equipment failure, Labour unrest, accidents, act of Government Authorities, Act of God, Directions of Courts etc.

12. All claims/disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts/Tribunals/ Forum only.
